Anthony Vulin began his real estate career right after graduating from UCLA in 2000. He started his own real estate company in Los Angeles with a business partner in 2001. Three years later Anthony joined forces with Keller Williams Hollywood Hills and quickly built the second most successful real estate team at that office. His team focused on the Hollywood Hills, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Bel Air. In 2006 Anthony was asked to manage and build kw Los Feliz. At this time he was the youngest kw manager in the Country. By the end of 2008, he took that office from # 5 in local market share to #1, and by the end of 2011, from #74 in closed units in all of LA to # 5. Anthony has always been passionate about Downtown Los Angeles. In 2011 he was able to open a business center for the Los Feliz office in Downtown LA. This was the first residential and commercial real estate office to open by a national company in DTLA. Anthony remains a partner in both the kw Los Feliz and Downtown LA offices.
In the Spring of 2012 Anthony moved on to a new opportunity with Keller Williams Studio City. As the Team Leader, he manages the staff and agents. A real estate professional for over ten years, Harma Hartouni began his career with small firm specializing in condominiums, new subdivisions and new homes. Gaining in-depth knowledge of new home and new subdivision requirements, he gained skills in city, county and government process, helping new Home Owner Association transition, helping developers in all aspects of transactions including certification of occupancy, building trust and relationships with developers across Southern California.
Already having sold over thirty-two transactions in his second year in real estate, with only one full time assistant. Harma completed several courses to enhance his real estate expertise. In 2007, Harma became team leader/CEO of Keller Williams Encino-Sherman Oaks, serving in this role for almost 4 years. In this capacity, Harma grew the offices by over 300%, earning a #1 ranking in growth, and #1 in profit sharing ranking in the nation.
In 2009, Harma was recognized by the National Association of Realtors’ Realtor Magazine. Included in the Annual “30 under 30” issue, Harma was part of 30 top brokers in the nation, recognized for their success in terms of production, as well their contribution to their local communities, and their personal journey.
The following year, in 2010, Harma held the position of #1 Team Leader in the nation, out of 800 offices. This recognition was for the highest recruiting Team Leader/CEO for the year, with a gross of 144 and a net of 101.
The same year, Harma launched KW Calabasas, in the role of Operating Principal and Owner. This location is now one of the fastest growing real estate establishments in the territory, with over 100 agents.
During this time, Harma’s team production continued to increase, with a focus on Luxury Homes in Sherman Oaks, Studio City and Hollywood Hills. Harma also began adding Bank Owned/REO, and Short Sale properties to his real estate transactions.
In 2011, Harma & Associates had sold 91 transactions and over $39M in sales volume, ensuring a high quality of service to their diverse array of clientele

Minna is responsible for establishing, promoting and maintaining the Keller Williams brand. She develops strategies and executes tactics that communicate the Keller William’s message. She works with agents, vendors, lawyers and members of the press to establish a high profile for Keller Williams.
She oversees all communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy. This includes design, production and distribution of print materials such as brochures, ads and direct response. Minna manages speaking engagements, special events and community outreach activities.

Jennifer Lieb graduated from UC Berkeley and immediately began a position in real estate accounting in her hometown, Los Banos, California.

Originally from West Virginia Stacy moved away at the age of 19 to join the US Navy. While serving in the Navy, Stacy was a Yeoman which he worked directly with the Executive Officer on board the USS Arleigh Burke (DDG 51) in the admin department. After completing his four years Stacy moved to Boston, MA and worked for The Shareholders Services Group – a division of Smith Barney Mutual Funds.
Stacy later moved to Dallas, Texas by way of Los Angeles. After moving to Los Angeles Stacy found his way into real estate starting as a receptionist with a small boutique company and working his way to Office Administrator. Stacy realized that he truly loved working with real estate agents and continued to grow in his position. After working almost 8 years with a local company Stacy heard about Keller Williams and the opportunity came for him to make the move.
